LUBBOCK, Texas – First United Bank is honored to be named one of the Best Banks to Work For in 2018. This designation is awarded to only 85 banks nationwide and this is the third year in a row that First United Bank has received this designation.
Determining the
Best Banks to Work For involved a two-step process. The first step consisted of evaluating each participating bank’s workplace policies, practices and demographics. The second part consisted of employee surveys aimed at assessing the experiences and attitudes of individual employees with respect to their workplace.The survey portion is designed to determine employee’s satisfaction levels in the following categories: leadership and planning, corporate culture and communication, role satisfaction, work environment, relationship with supervisor, training, development and resources, pay and benefits and overall engagement.
