Some people dream about running a hotel. Some people actually do it. Since 2015, Tina and Pat Carson have owned and operated Hotel Turkey. During this time, the hotel has flourished, becoming a unique oasis within the Texas Panhandle where travelers can relax, enjoy great music with a cold beverage and cap things off with a good night’s rest. The courage and determination of the Carson’s (and many others) have grown Hotel Turkey into an integral part of the community.
